Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is no check-in office; guests go directly to the cabin. Once all payments have been made, an email with the door code will be sent and resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Check-in and check-out are not allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • No check-in office. Direct access to the cabin via a door code, provided by email after payment is received, and resent a week before your stay.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pet Policy:
    • Pet fee: $100 per dog (non-refundable).
    • Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs only.
    • Guests must bring a crate/kennel for pets.
    • Pets should not be left alone at the property unless in a kennel/crate.
    • Guests must clean up after their pets.
    • Guests must bring sheets/blankets to cover areas where pets lay or sleep, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged for excess hair or odor.
    • If fleas, damage, or need for deep cleaning due to pets is found after departure, guests will be charged for all repairs or extra cleaning needed.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Vacay Protection (if selected):
    • Cancellation Guarantee: Allows cancellation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund (minus the protection fee).
    • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional damage. Damages exceeding $250 or intentional damages will be charged to the credit card on file.
    • Inclement Weather: In case of travel delays due to weather, date changes or cancellations will be accommodated as possible.

Parking Information

  • The cabin is located at the end of a gravel road with a pull-through driveway, providing parking for up to four vehicles. The terrain is flat for easy maneuvering.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Fireplaces are operational from October 1st – February 28th and off from March 1st – September 30th.
  • Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods provided.
  • All bed linens provided.
  • Towels and hand soap provided in both bathrooms.
  • Guest App: Provides payment options, property information, local attractions, and discounted tickets.
